Dublin-based LearnUpon raises €44.5M to scale agentic learning platform

Dublin-based LearnUpon has secured a €44.5 million ($50 million) growth financing facility from London-based Claret Capital Partners. The debt structure lets LearnUpon avoid equity dilution, and the company says the money will go toward its new Agentic Learning Platform, international expansion, and strategic acquisitions. LearnUpon, founded in 2012, previously acquired Berlin-born Courseau, which rebranded as CreateUpon in May.

Why it matters: The debt facility shows how a legacy LMS vendor is funding its pivot to agentic learning without diluting existing shareholders.
