Foursquare Co-Founder Says Equity Holders Got No Returns From Infillion Acquisition
Foursquare co-founder says equity holders saw no returns from the company’s acquisition
Foursquare co-founder and former CEO Dennis Crowley said preferred and common stockholders saw no returns from Infillion's acquisition of the location-data platform last month. Crowley blamed the outcome on management after a 2021 CEO transition.
