Descope launches Agentic Identity Hub 3.0 to rein in shadow AI agents

Descope released Agentic Identity Hub 3.0, adding an Agent Onboarding Portal and native MCP gateway integration to give companies an identity and policy layer over employee-built AI agents. The update replaces static client secrets with short-lived private-key assertions and enforces policy on every request. Descope says the hub handles authentication for hundreds of MCP servers and over 1 million agent identities.
