Midu aggregates public sources, including funding news and SEC Form D filings, and uses a model to write English summaries and picks. Original content belongs to its publishers. The website, RSS feeds, public API and MCP can all be used anonymously.

1. Content and copyright
Titles, summaries and "why it matters" notes are generated by a model from public sources and may contain mistakes, so check the original source before relying on them. Midu is not investment advice. Copyright in original articles belongs to their publishers; we show full text only where the source allows it and otherwise show a summary and a link.
2. Corrections and takedowns
If you publish one of our sources and want a correction, a takedown or a change in how your content is shown, contact us through the feedback page or at team@midu.si and we will act on it promptly.
3. Using Midu data
You may use Midu pages, feeds and data for personal reading, research and internal use within your organization, with a link back to midu.si. Commercial products, public republication or bulk redistribution of our summaries or deals database require our written permission first: email team@midu.si.
4. Feeds, API and rate limits
RSS, the public API and MCP are anonymous and read-only. Poll according to the cache headers in each response. If you receive a 429, respect Retry-After and do not retry in parallel.
